Network of Reformers
This session will provide a platform for participants to highlight the priorities of public policy in their countries in the areas of public sector reforms inspired by the principles of openness, transparency, accountability and citizen participation. The roundtables will also give the opportunity to the government leaders of Open Government of LAC and OECD to identify work areas in which the network will focus its activities in 2016, with special attention to the relationship between open government , inclusive growth and sustainable development. More Ministers of the region will actively engage in the conversation.

Sustainable Development Goals in Open Mexico Subnational Network
Mexican states, municipalities and autonomous bodies come together to recognise the role of open data for implementing the sustainable development goals. A Memorandum of Understanding amongst government levels will aimed at facilitating access, use, reuse and redistribution of public data will be signed.

Taking OGP Subnational
Since its launch, the OGP has achieved a rapid expansion in its breadth - from the 8 founding countries to its 65 members today - and has had considerable success in being a catalyst for open government reforms in national level governments. The next frontier for OGP is to deepen, by increasing the involvement of sub-national tiers of government. This session will explore past, present and future innovations in applying open government and the OGP at a devolved, federal or local level. The session will begin with lightning talks from four people leading innovations on subnational open government.
