This workshop will examine the pros and cons of the right to be forgotten (RTBF) in a legal context. Countries' experiences will test the hypothesis that the availability of a judgements database improves the accountability, predictability, economy, and integrity of the judicial system. However, the courts' inability to build such judgements databases is directly related to parties' RTBF or related privacy claims.
