For this session, participants will be divided into three groups and will have to answer three main questions: 1. What forms of government to government outreach can be effective in getting non-members to join?; 2. How does the OGP support governments seeking to join the OGP?; 3. Advocating for countries to join the OGP: Experience from civil society.
