Opening Up Education through Open Government

This workshop will be divided into three sessions: (1) an introduction defining OER and giving examples for its use, (2) a collaborative portion with organizers and participants brainstorming opportunities for open education in participant countries, and (3) development of a list of resources supporting implementation of open education.
