Transparency International has tested an Open Governance Scorecard in 5 pilot countries (Ghana, Indonesia, Peru, United Kingdom and Ukraine) as a complementary assessment on how OGP principles embodies in regulation, policy and government structure, i.e. an enabling environment that could move forward OGP’s ambition and commitment at national level. The Scorecard provides tools which set open governance standards, track the progress, and most importantly assess them both in-law level and in practice. The Scorecard will be presented with participation from pilot countries.
