This session will address the importance of including the subnational agenda in OGP's efforts from a critical perspective. There will be an open discussion in which local leaders from Mexican subnational governments will exchange experiences from their open government efforts at the state level, higlighting the preliminary results of this agenda and how factors such as political will and civic engagement have been critical in achieving them.
