Measuring Open Data

This workshop will begin with a briefing on the current status of open data measurement. The audience will then be divided into small groups to discuss and propose changes to various parts of the current open data assessment framework - the goal is to refresh and update our current view on assessments, and to improve them for use by governments and civil society.
