Representatives from governments and civil society groups will discuss the role of dialogue between the supply and the demand sides of fiscal information, focusing on how to create and improve official websites that publish and disseminate fiscal information. The discussion will address peer-to-peer learning and south-south collaboration, making reference to recent exchanges between Brazil and six Latin American countries, as well as Indonesia and South Africa. Participants will present experiences, opportunities and challenges in using websites to disclose budget information and address specific user demands.
