This panel will discuss supporting the use of technology for the next stage of open government models. Panelists will highlight the two specific programs Nesta has been taking forward in this space - one on supporting organizations to use open data for social good and one developing the next cadre of digital democracy applications (D-Cent). A discussion of lessons from the Open Data Challenge Series (ODCS) will be followed by a discussion on lessons from the D-Cent programme.
